How Our Repair Process Works
There is no upfront payment for a repair request. Once we receive or inspect your device, we evaluate the requested issue and determine the repair options. If we discover a separate issue outside the original request, we will contact you, explain the findings, and discuss any additional cost before doing extra work.
You will be invoiced after the approved repair is completed.
