What Happens Next?

We will review the information and follow up with you. There is no upfront repair payment. After we receive or inspect the device, we will evaluate the requested repair. If we discover an issue outside the original request, we will explain it and contact you about any additional cost. We will not perform additional work without your approval. You will be invoiced after the approved repair is completed.

Repair Service Restrictions

Large Items: We do not accept large items such as TVs and other oversized electronics due to limited workspace and storage.

Cellphone, Tablet & Smartwatch Repairs: We do not offer repairs for cellphones, tablets, or smartwatches.
