$0 due up front. This is the request amount, not the final repair price. Availability, parts, compatibility, and the required work are evaluated before a repair proceeds. Approved work is invoiced after completion.
How to Request Service
- Choose the quantity of devices needing this service and add the request to your cart.
- Review the Repair Terms Agreement and submit the service order using a valid email address.
- Wait for your shipping instructions by email before sending your device. Include the order number as instructed.
Evaluation and Additional Work
If inspection reveals a separate issue outside your original request, we explain the findings and discuss any additional cost before doing extra work. Additional work requires your approval.
