Thermal paste cleaned off on CPU and GPU and replaced with new ARCTIC MX-4 Thermal paste. 

Controller was disassembled and cleaned out dust, dirt, and grim.

Console was wiped down with a UV protectant coating on exterior top plastic housing.

system and controller was tested with PS3 games for 6+ hours with no issues in overheating  or other signs of issue.

Warranty 

90 day parts and repair for any work done to console for manufactures defects and overheating issues due to repair.

No Warranty for damage or normal wear and tear
